I had c-section 12th june 2012, since then i have had constant pain in right side under ribs with burning in back, ultrasound shows excess bowel gas?

You need : A workup. A full exam and possibly a ct or MRI to make sure nothing abnormal is going on. A c-section is a bloody operation and sometimes some things that can be injured cannot be seen at the time of surgery.
