Post ercp(for blocked cbd)pancreatisis. lypase and lymase increased many folds.now decreased to 3 folds. still severe abdominal pain. any suggestion?

Procedure: it is common to experience abnormalities in amylase and lipase after ERCP. Additionally if the pancreatic duct, near the duodenum and additionally the common bile duct,the pain is a normal side effect.I suggest calling your GI specialist.
