C/p abd tightness: Could be reflux which may respond to Mylanta /ranitidine/ prilosec ( most likely) . if associated with H pylori need antibiotics. May also be related to gallbladder. Rarely if on birth control and especially if smoker may be related to a clot which is serious. Would follow up with MD/ urgent care today
