Hello. i am a 38 yo healthy woman. sometimes my left hand will randmly constrict/spasm.i am-right handed so don't use my left very often.i read where als can cause this symptom.no als in my family, no other symptoms.would als cause other symptoms?

Hand spasms: There are many possible reasons for spasms and ALS is very low down on the list. Please see your doctor. Peace and good health.
