Occ. Lax. safe: If you have iBS, increase fiber, do not skip meals, avoid triggere foods, regular exercise.Occasional laxatives are not harmful.If fiber doesn't help symptoms, your doctor may prescribe magnesium hydroxide oral (Phillips' Milk of Magnesia) or polyethylene glycol (Miralax).
