I wouldn't: We have little if any data on it's use during breastfeeding on whether it crosses in the breast milk & interferes with babies metabolism. As such I would never recommend it's use during breast feeding. Weight loss can be accomplished naturally during BF if you consume a diet designed to sustain your pre-pregnancy weight & not "eat for two". A consult with a clinical dietitian could make this easy.
