Just got hospital ecg result from er visit. can a low potassium of 3.1 cause nonspecific st abnormality at the time of visit??

Possibly: Hypokalemia can cause such repolarization abnormalities. Correct the potassium deficiency and then have another ekg to see if the abnormalities resolved.
