My 15yr old daugter is complaining about pain on her right side of her abdom. she was at our house doctor this morning. he said the glands around her apendix is swallon and gave her antibiotics and something for the pain. she also started to vomit.

E.R. can examine: Lower right abdominal pain can be from many things. For pain there, appendicitis is always a concern (pain usually worsens over time, with fever coming on). If one is constipated several days, stool can back up all the way to the right side and cause pain. Gallstones and ovary problems can also cause pain. In such cases, an ER doctor can assess and do tests to see if there is a surgical problem.
