I keep on having frequent heart cramps. at times it gets severely painful and i have to take a couple deep breaths to recover. what should i do?

Cramps: Cramps are often secondary to imbalance between calcium and magnesium. The heat makes you more metabolically active and this makes cramps more likely. Try some magnesium glycinate. That may help the cramps.
