Just got over covid. today i keep getting a really painful tightness almost burns when it happens its below my neck kind of where collar bone is above heart. it was so bad i couldnt even speak couldnt even take a deep breath and got super dizzy?

Since you had a recent covid infection,I recommend being evaluated by a physician. You could be dealing with a pleural lining or a lung issue. It may simply be a musculoskeletal inflammatory problem from coughing.or rib cage pinched nerve which is a sharp,shooting pain with a deep breath. Heart or esophagus pathology is less likely.

Several possibilities to be consider, but would certainly see your doctor and get a chest X-ray to evaluate possible pneumonia, amongst the likelihoods.
