Usually safe.: In patients with normal intracranial pressure (which would include NPH) there is minimal risk of symptom worsening in traveling by plane. You would be at risk if you had already received a shunt or if you had a disease that increases intracranial pressure (tumor, infection, concussion). In your case, I would need to see your symptoms and MRI (to assure the diagnosis) to be sure you would be safe,
