www.lifelinescreening.com performs carotid, aorta, and bone ultrasounds, blood pressure measurements, and ECG. This will not image the vessels in the brain like an MRA. I am sure the neurology clinic or your primary care provider staff can help you get the MRA scheduled again.

How long have you had headaches? If you've had the same headaches for >3 years, your risk of a dangerous cause (i.e. visible on brain imaging) is about the same as someone without headaches. Not zero, but no greater than anyone who doesn't have headaches.
