Hey, i have had a sore throat for about a week now.... discomfort when i swallow. feels like i'm swallowing rocks. when i look in the back of my mouth seems to be whiteish specs on my tonsils. what could this be? sore throat

Tonsil Stones: Could be tonsil stones, but without visualization can't say for sure. Then again, you do have a sore throat so the "specs" could be related to your sore throat. Why not see your physician for an antibiotic prescription, if warranted? You'll feel a whole lot better so much faster.
