Go to ER: He must be examined for presence of a foreign body and/or infection in his foot. Take him to the physicians office or hospital emergency room for prompt attention. His tetanus immunization status will be asked for and he may need a booster for such an injury.

Yesterday, I must have gotten something in my eye when doing a home project. It was likely a piece of wood or a paint chip. I should have been wearing eye protection. Hindsight is 20/20 (OK, bad dad joke). This morning, my upper eyelid is swollen, red, and sensitive to the touch. My vision seems to be fine. At what point would I need to be seen? I have been flushing with eye drops and cold compress. Anything else I should do? eye injury?

My son is 7 months old. Has a red swelling rash to the genitals. Appears to be more itchy then painful. Father has a history of psoriasis. Iv used all kinds of creams the only think that has seemed to work is dobovet cream. But it's for adults.
