My dad works with lot of cleaning products and he started getting a red rash looking bumps on the back of his hand and his whole upper body. ?

Reaction: He could be experiencing either a primary irritation or an allergic skin reaction to a chemical product. With an allergic reaction itching is common and taking an antihistamine like claritin(nonsedating) or benadryl(causes drowsiness) may help. For further evaluation have a consultation with a dermatologist if the rash persists.
