Fibrofatty: Fibrofatty liver disease is defined as a liver that shows 5% or more of normal cells filled with fat. For various reasons the fatty cells get inflamed and get scar fibrous tissue (scar tissue). Fatty liver is associated with alcohol consumption, but in the past decade or so it has been associated with NASH which seems to be related to too much sugar intake (high fructose corn syrup one culprit).
