doc said diffuse fatty liver, but not enough to cause enlargment. 6 mo follow up. no cirrhosis. i don't drink, underweight. is it reversible? 27 yo

Fatty liver: We pay more attention to fatty livers than we did years ago. It's good that you abstain from alcohol and you should avoid high fat foods. I recommend that a hepatologist or gastroenterologist follow you to insure progress and avoid cirrhosis of the liver.
