A member asked:

My ag ratio is 0.0. what am i seeing here? im currently being checked every 6 mo for immunoglobulin and lambda changes. please help. thank you.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Does not add up: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, AG ratio of 0.0 is not a valid statement. There are multiple ways to monitor a person with suspected immunoglobulin disorder and you should talk to a hematologist.
