At 18 weeks 5 days i had an ultrasound and it showed baby was measuring 17 weeks 5 days. is that a cause for concern? im 20 weeks 3 today.

No: A one week discrepancy on a second trimester ultrasound is not a significant difference and does not suggest that the baby is not growing appropriately.
