Hard to say: If it is the flu & she has had symptoms for > 48 hrs the costly Tamiflu that they might prescribe would not help much if any. Monitoring her for fluid intake and respiratory stability is something you can do at home. If she can keep up with drinking fluids (pee every 6 hrs) & eating some her breathing is likely stable. If you think she is getting into trouble take her in.
