Small blood in stool when i wipe. stool has mucus. been going off and on for a little over 2 weeks not consistent with each stool. what do i do?

Proctitis? Colitis?: Probably you have proctitis (rectal inflammation). Maybe inflammatory bowel disease involving the rectum, i.e. ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. Certain intestinal infections could do this, but these usually also cause diarrhea. Depending on sexual risks and practices (e.g. anal sex), an STD is likely, especially (gonorrhea, chlamydia, etc). All these need prompt care; see a doctor ASAP.
