Dx with umbilical cellulitis x3days. told to clean with alcohol & tx with bacitracin. while cleaning with alcohol swab tonight,it started bleeding. should i be concerned that the infection may have entered my bloodstream and request oral antibiotics?

Depends: If you do not have fever, it is unlikely that you have blood stream infection. The bleeding may be part of the healing process. Granulation tissue may bleed if wiped with more than gentle touch.
