Iron-rich diet: While there are reports of cold-intolerance associated and you may do your best to avoid the cold if you experience that, a person with low iron levels typically concentrates on eating of iron-rich foods, such as lean beef, chicken, turkey, leafy greens: broccoli, kale, turnip greens, spinach, tofu & baked potatoes. Your doctor may also have you take an iron supplement.
