Hard to know: Proper treatment would require knowing what it is you are trying to treat. Hives are an allergic phenomenon that disappear when the triggering factor is gone. They require no treatment. The description is too vague to suggest a real label. If it bothers you have it looked at. Any treatment without knowing what you are treating is unlikely to matter.
