Not reliably: First priority is to treat the acne. Once this is under control, the scars can mature, and hopefully fade. If the scars do not resolve see a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon for available treatments. There are many, because none are prefect. Bleaching creams, even the best ones, work about 1/3rd of the time with proper, long term use.
