What is the best cream to use for scar removal?

I don't : Know there is a best, but Mederma is often used.

None REMOVES!: Scars are permanent and cannot be removed or eliminated by any surgeon or technique presently in existence. There are scar pads (silicone sheets) and topical products that can help to reduce the severity of scarring, and lasers can reduce redness, but nothing actually removes scars but cutting them out and replacing them with a new (perhaps better) scar.

None: No cream will remove a scar but there is better support in the literature for silicone sheets than there is for mederma.
