A member asked:

For people in their eighties, what is the average bedtime?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Usually earlier.: Unfortunately, there are as many variations on a theme as rules. Its like asking how many times a week a 50 year old normally has sex. The range of hours sleeping are as varied as the conditioning of the sleepers. Same is true for sex. Focus on what is healthy for you and be thankful you CAN sleep, as it gets more difficult (for some) with age.
