Hard to say: It's hard to say without actually seeing an EKG of your heart after exercise. This situation is perfectly evaluated with an exercise stress test. This way Drs can see exactly what is going on after you exercise and determine if it is normal or potentially serious, so I would recommend an exercise stress test. Better to be safe than sorry!
