My daughter 7yo had her ears pierced 3 months ago. yesterday it started swelling behind her ear and even soaking in saline it just keeps getting worse?

Have it evaluated: People can develop either an allergic reaction to the post or develop an infection at the site. If infected, the poor blood flow in the outer ear makes it more susceptible to an invasive infection that could deform the structure. I would have it evaluated now.
