My son had a fever for 2 days and thrown up a couple times but today when he threw up it looked like it had two bloody mucus strips in it like booger.

Vomit: Possible could be mucus from nasal passage. Children will sometime swallow there nasal fluid. Can be source for upset stomach. If vomiting episodes improving and this is not a persistent issue then this should be of no concern.
