Can you get hep c or hiv from blood on packaging at a store. my husband, daughter, and myself all have eczema on hands, and we all handled the item..?

HIV and Hep C : Transmission of HIV clearly requires more intimate contact. Hep C transmission is less well understood but transmission from touching blood with your hands would be quite unlikely. Not really worth worrying about unless there was clear contact with open wounds.
