Urine/genital odor: Are you sure it's your urine that smells bad? Or maybe genital odor (e.g. when you retract your foreskin, if uncircumcised)? Strong urine odor usually is due to diet and fluid intake, not a health problem -- and will improve with more fluids and more urine. If genital, see a doctor: balanitis, phimosis (tight foreskin), and STDs are possible, if sexually active. See doctor soon. Good luck.
