I have sever pain in my right leg. mostly around my lower hip and upper leg but deep inside. the pain goes down to my knee as well as my heel. advise?

Leg and hip pain: This is difficult to say without an exam and more information, but given your age and that the pain is in the hip, upper leg and down to the heel, it may actually be a problem stemming from the back. A pinched nerve due to a herniated disc may cause these symptoms.
