i have been experiencing pain in my left lower limbs (hip, knee and foot), especially with prolonged period of walking and driving. i also experience a burning sensation on the left foot when seated for long. what could be the problem??

Nerve irritation?: With prolonged sitting and walking exacerbating your symptoms a radiculopathy (nerve irritation) should be considered. Stretching at times may be of some benefit.
You should speak with your provider to confirm this my exam and other testing.
