Stroke vs. Tumor: You need to get an MRI now. You could either have a stroke or a mass. You don't have a bleed (cause the ct scan is better at showing bleeds...They are very bright)....But you may have a stroke or a mass in the region of the brain. That is why you are weak/paralyzed on the right side...The lesion is on the left parietal side (controls the right arm/leg).
