A doctor has provided 1 answer

Exam needed: Calf pain, swelling and tenderness are signs of phlebitis and warrant an examination by a physician. Ultrasound will most likely be ordered. Soft, movable lump on a knee would also have to be examined. Possibilities include fluid in a bursa sac, benign fatty growth or inclusion cyst. Numbness and tingling of toes may be secondary to swelling within the calf pressing on nerves.
