Likely immunity,,: You've got antibodies to the ebv which likely means you were infected at some time in your life and you recovered and now your body has circulating antibodies to it. An igg antibody in particular indicates long term resistance. This virus usually causes asymptomatic infection so you probably fought it off and weren't aware of it. Best of luck.

Past EBV infection: The presence of igg to the ebv capsule means that your body was exposed at some time in the past to ebv and made antibodies against it. It is at its highest level 2-3 months after the initial infection, and it will always be present. An elevated igm level would be consistent with current/recent infection.
