I have a small bruise and intention on my right temple, and its tender to touch. but i didnt do anything to injure that area. any ideas?

Temples: Temples normally have indentations. The bruise may be from trivial trauma or a spontaneous leak from a skin capillary especially if you take aspirin or advil type medications. In the absence of any other skin signs or bleeding, I doubt any serious issue.
