I have a small lump on/near my temple. it is tender to the touch at the site of the lump, the top l side of my head and my left eye is a bit blurry. ?

Temporal arteritis?: A painful inflammation of the temporal artery (in the temple) can indicate giant cell arteritis (GCA), an inflammation of the arterial walls. The danger lies in the possible development of a central retinal artery occlusion or arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy, which are vision threatening. A prompt diagnosis by a neuro-ophthalmologist can prevent permanent vision loss, and should be done ASAP!
