Shingles? see doc: Can't tell without exam, but sounds like it might be "shingles", flare up of chicken pox virus; can only occur in people who have had actual chicken pox, not vaccine. See md asap because rx helps (a lot), and delay increases chance of prolonged nerve irritation and pain.

Get eval to know: This lesion needs to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing or biopsy is necessary.
