Detox: Fioricet contains a barbituate and can cause sedation and respiratory depression with excessive doses. If you can, get admitted to a detox unit, but at the very least contact a specialist in substance abuse for treatment.

Fioricet abuse: Actually, since you have been abusing Fioricet (or was it Fioricet with Codeine) for this period of time, really don't recommend that you take this medication at all. If you are not working with addiction medicine specialist, that would be recommended.
