A doctor has provided 1 answer

Ob-Gyn Dr. can check: If having a lot of menstrual pain, a woman should see her Ob-Gyn. The doctor can look for causes such as endometriosis, in which little pieces of tissue (similar to the lining of the uterus that bleeds and sheds each month) are trapped inside her pelvis and abdomen. With each menstrual period the trapped tissue sheds and bleeds on the inside of the abdomen, causing much pain and cramping.
