I can feel movement in my lower abdomen, i don't know what it could be because i had my period in february. surely babies don't kick at one month if it's a pregnancy ?

Fetal baby kicks...: The baby fetus can move, but nobody can feel it move until it grows bigger. Of course, you felt something, but it wasn't the baby fetus' movements. A pregnant woman may start feeling tiny flutters when the baby fetus grows older and bigger, usually around 4 months after conception. If unsure whether there is a pregnancy or not, one can do a home urine pregnancy test 3 or more weeks after sex.
