Congenital risks include primary cardiac disease, a pfo, abnormal blood vessels such as aneurysms, avm's, genetic mthfr tt alleles, homocysteinuria, severe diabetes type i, a number of metabolic inherited conditions. Lastly, classical migraine in association with bcp's and cigarette smoking.
