Feeding/appearance: If the baby has a temperature of >/= 38.4 please see you physician right away for additional evaluation and testing. If the baby otherwise looks well and is feeding/appears normal, you can see your physician during regular hours. It is important to monitor for fever spikes if the baby is ill. Avoid giving Tylenol for normal temperature and see your physician.
