Look at your diet: If the food is causing excess acidity to develop, you can create gastritis, and possibly gastroesophageal reflux (GERD). Make sure not to eat too late at night. Perhaps stay away from nightshades, and tomato based foods, and spices. Drink plenty of water to keep your tissues hydrated between meals, not during, and may need to have food allergies assessed. Are OTC available to try, but tx the cause!
