Sounds like: you may be having RADICULAR symptoms ie: a "Pinched" nerve in your NECK!. You should have this evaluated by your G.P who may wish to obtain imaging of your cervical (neck) spine. In the meantime try applying HEAT to the back of your neck. Hope this is helpful!' Dr Z
