hi there, i think i may have pulled a muscle in my neck/back - i have severe pain on the right side of my shoulder blade which feeds all the way up to my. i can not move, everything is stiff and pain and can't sleep. do i need to see a dr?

Absolutely: Severe symptoms have to be timely investigated and treated specifically when influencing mobility and sleep. Best will be to start with your doc who can further coordinate with specialist if needed.
