High BP: You need to get your blood pressure under control ASAP. High BP is life threatening. Infected tooth places you at risk, but BP comes first. You need to see a Physician or specialist Cardiologist ASAP. You also need to see a specialist Oral Surgeon ASAP who is trained in management of extractions for patients with high BP. Don't try to manage this yourself, get professional help immediately.
