No: Shouldn't be a problem. Only possible MRI issues after surgery revolve around any remaining clips which may be attracted to a magnet and thus move in the body in response to the intense magnetic field of a MRI scanner. Shouldn't be an issue after tooth extraction.

Check sutures: It's rare, but make sure there are no metal clips holding tissue together in the extraction sites. If not, you should be just fine.
